Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi Vietnam

You will be warmly greeted by our guide and driver Transfer to the hotel for check in Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Breakfast at Cruises

Our tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to Ha Long Bay. 12h00’ Receptionists welcome guests at the Hạ Long International Harbour. 12h45’ Captain welcomes guests to cruises by tender. Check in cruise, whilst enjoy a welcome drink, safety briefing and check in cabin.

13h00’ Leaving Hạ Long International harbour, discover the Halong Bay – natural wonders of the world. Have lunch with special foods while cruising through famous sights by limestone karchs. 14h45’ Cruises stops at Bồ Nâu cave, the core area of the world natural heritage. Transfer by tender to Suprise cave – one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.

15h45’ Leaving Suprise cave, transfer by tender to the Titov island was named by Uncle Ho, after Gherman Stepanovich Titov – the Soviet astronaut who visited in 1962 Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach or climb the steps of the Rock to the top of the island. On the top of the mountain, you can see corner of magical Halong Bay.

17h00’ Back to the cruise. Relax and enjoy sunset on the sun deck. Go to the overnight place – Titop 587. 18h00’ 19h00’ HAPPY HOUR – Buy 1 drink get 1 free (wine excluded) 18h30’ Enjoy Vietnamese cooking demonstration. 19h00’ Have set menu dinner. 20h30’ Evening activities include film entertainment (in the dining room); squid fishing; massage (contact with cruise manager for service price), Overnight in HaLong.

Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel

06h00’ Morning call (if you request). 06h30’ Enjoy Tai Chi instructions on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to Luồn cave. 07h00’ Enjoy light breakfast in the restaurant (coffee, tea, fresh milk, water, pastries, bread, egg, fresh fruit, cereals will be served in the dining room).

08h00’ Visit Luồn cave by kayak – .one of the caves open to the form beautiful about endemic the vegetation of the Halong Bay. Visit Luồn cave by a traditionally woven (bamboo) boat rowed by a local boatman (public ticket 50.000đ/peron).

09h00’ Then come back to Athena cruise, relax and check out of cabin. Please put your luggage outside the door. Our porters will collect and get them ready on the Pier for you. Finally, the cruise disembarks in Hạ Long International harbour.

09h30’ Check out cabin. Enjoy brunch buffet menu served in the dining room. Settle bills in the dining room after brunch (if you have). 10h45’ Transfer by tender back to disembarkation.
Farewell to guests. Our tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4: Breakfast at the hotel

Morning, transfer to Ninhbinh province – located 110km from Hanoi to the South. Tam Coc – Bich Dong is a popular tourist destination near the city of Ninh Binh in northern Vietnam. Along Hoang Long River, vast limestone cliffs rising out of the rice paddies make Tam Coc somehow similar to Halong Bay, or on-land Halong Bay as described.

A river trip to Tam Coc and through the three caves of Tam Coc is so wonderful for photo hunters, especially when ripping rice season is coming. Next to Tam Coc is Hoa Lu, the relics of the ancient capital of Vietnam during 10th century. Remains of this capital town are temples dedicated to the two heroes Dinh King and Le King who were the founders of Hoa Lu as the citadel. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 5: Breakfast at the hotel

Transfer to the airport for the flight to the next destination
